Booking Conditions of Brainfit Resorts
Please make sure you read all booking conditions here PRIOR to booking your stay with Brainfit Resorts Pte. Ltd. Any request for cancellations as a result of failing to review our booking conditions will be enacted in accordance with our Standard Cancellation Policy. Please refer to points 6 and 7 of the below conditions to understand how our Standard Cancellation Policy may impact your booking.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars only.
- Payments will be accepted by Paypal only. You will be able to make your payment by Paypal or by Credit Card in your local currency, as Paypal will use their nominated exchange rate at the date and time of your transaction to exchange your local currency for US Dollars. Please see Paypal’s Terms Of Use on their website for more details.
- All bookings must be made directly through consultation with a Brainfit Resorts Program Consultant over the phone. All customers must book a call through our ScheduleOnce booking platform, noted on the Program Page, and through each of the ‘Book Now’ buttons of our website.
- Booking requests via email only will not be accepted under any circumstance. Should you have any reason that you will be unable to book a call through our ScheduleOnce booking platform, please send us an email through our Contact Us page, with your full name, email address, and a message outlining the issue and your direct contact number.
- Brainfit Resorts reserves the right to cancel, amend or refuse any bookings or requests if we believe the booking has been made due to error, fraud, under duress or should we determine any customer is unfit to receive the benefits of any of our programs.
- Booking amendments can be made under the following circumstances:
- If the booking was made more than 30 days prior to the date of the amendment request, the booking may be changed to a check in date of no more than 3 months in advance from the date of requested amendment with no fee
- If the booking was made less than or equal to 30 days prior to the date of the amendment request, the booking may be changed to a check in date of no more than 3 months in advance from the date of the requested amendment, with a fee equal to 10% of the booking value, paid upfront by Paypal or Credit Card on the date of amendment request.
- If the customer requests to amend their check in date by more than 3 months from the date of amendment request, the original booking is considered cancelled, and will need to be re-booked for their requested date, subject to availability. This form of cancellation would result in a fee equal to 50% of the booking value, which would be deducted from the customer’s refund value.
- Booking cancellations can be made under the following circumstances:
- Check in date is equal to or more than 60 days from the date of cancellation request, the booking may be cancelled with no fee
- Check in date is more than 30 days but less than 60 days from the date of cancellation request, the booking may be cancelled with a fee equal to 10% of the booking value, which will be deducted from the customers refund value prior to processing their refund payment.
- Check in date is equal to or less than 30 days from the date of cancellation request, the booking may be cancelled with a fee equal to 50% of the booking value, which will be deducted from the customers refund value prior to processing their refund payment.
- VIP Upgrade packages, which includes an upgrade to Deluxe Room and Dinner with CEO Event, are subject to availability. Should the VIP upgrade be purchased but found not available at the time of check in due to the following circumstances, certain remedies will be applied:
- In the event all available Deluxe Rooms have been overbooked for the dates booked for your stay:
- Our team will do our best to ensure we notify you of this at least 7 days PRIOR to your scheduled check in date if possible, however this cannot be guaranteed
- We will offer to refund the VIP package value to you in full, and, also allow you to keep the benefits of the extended ongoing monitoring program for 12 months instead of the regular 3 months, and you will still be entitled to attend the ‘Dinner With Dany’ event.
The booking conditions outlined in this document are not subject to negotiation, and Brainfit Resorts Pte. Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to these conditions.
