Our 3 months subscription includes personalised interactive support with weekly one-on-one sessions and unlimited daily texting. At BrainFit we use evidence-based strategies to support and maintain behaviour changes with practice tasks and educational materials to deepen your understanding and speed up your habit formation. When applicable, we also offer advanced support strategies like Clinical Hypnosis or EMDR (Eye Movement Disensitazation Reprocessing).
This subscription is the most cost-effective and what is usually required to adopt a new healthy habit or get rid of an unhealthy one.
The Three-month subscription includes:

- An individualised step by step plan that targets the behaviour you want to change
- Weekly online face to face sessions focused on behaviour change and habit formation with your personal coach (a qualified Psychologist)
- Unlimited text messaging with your coach for support at crucial times

- Strategies to deal with urges, cravings and impulsive behaviours
- Strategies to deal with low self esteem, low motivation and negative self talk
- Science-based tips to support habit formation
