Our 21-day challenge allows you to try our beahvioral support program for free. Over a period of 3 weeks you will receive online weekly face to face meetings with our behaviour change specialist (Psychologist) at no cost. You will be able to explore what habits you wish to change, develop a step by step plan and identify the reason why these changes matter to you. This program offers an excellent opportunity to develop a focus on healthy changes and commence the journey to break free of unhealthy habits. At the end of the 21-day challenge, you will be offered the opportunity to join the three-month or one month subscription, where more targeted person-centred strategies are explored.
Program Introduction – the 21day challenge

- Connect to your guiding values and clarify why this habit change matters to you
- Identify your possible obstacles to change
- Weekly online face to face sessions focused on behaviour change and habit formation with your personal coach (a qualified Psychologist)
