This disease has become so prevalent, 7 out of 10 people have had some level of involvement with Dementia or a related disease such as Alzheimer’s, if not individually, then through the suffering of a friend or family member, who was lost over time.
While the disease cannot be cured, there are ways to prevent Dementia from ever becoming an issue.

Arrive in the mid-afternoon. Arrival transfers are included from any location in Phuket.
You will have an introduction to our staff and program facilitators later in the afternoon, followed by your first Acceptance Commitment (ACT) workshop.
Dinner will be a buffet style each day.
A bit of an extended breakfast period today, to allow some time for all our guests to get to know one another.
Our team will start the registration process and have you all setup in our training systems.
The first part of the day we take the necessary tests and assessments, in order to begin crafting your personalized BrainFit plan.
The first 1-on-1 consultations will also happen today with our professional team, to establish goals and outcomes to be achieved during your stay and for when you return home. The remainder of the day is free to relax.
Starting today, each morning will start with a session to invigorate mind, body and soul.
The sessions will incorporate yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Today we divide into groups of two, who will alternate between physical fitness sessions and workshops designed to develop new skills and teach strategies and techniques for brain healthy living.
Today might feel like a bit of information overload, so don’t be surprised if you feel like getting to bed a little early tonight.
The format of days 4 and 5 will run much like day 3, except, with more of an emphasis on physical abilities, training and nutrition.
You’ll work directly with our Clinical Nutritionist, who will educate you on brain-healthy foods, habits and items to change in your weekly shopping cart.
You’ll also be working with our Fitness Experts, who will work with you to understand your physical abilities, any possible limitations, and give you plans and guidance to help you increase your movement, flexibility, stamina and endurance.
They’ll develop a plan for you to take home so you can continue to improve your physical fitness after your stay.
Days 6 and 7 are going to be more about absorbing the information, teachings and training, and developing plans to best apply them once you return home.
You’ll find yourself in a completely immersive learning state, with a focus on actions, setting goals, and working with our team on a road map to achievement.
We will also be introducing you to our BrainFit Health platform, which will integrate all of your data and information, plans and targets, bio-metrics and metadata, and, ongoing training and assessment tools, so that you know exactly how to move forward into the next phase of your journey.
We’ll have a bit of an extended breakfast with you today, before you leave us to commence the next stage in your journey.
You’ll leave BrainFit Resorts equipped with the tools, knowledge, strategies and experience to continue implementing your personalized plan for living your most brain healthy life… and prevent cognitive decline as you age!
After we bid you farewell, our private car/van will take you to your next destination.
