The one month plan is similar in scope to our 3-month plan, except that we may not be able to offer more advanced support strategies like Clinical Hypnosis or EMDR (Eye Movemnt Disensitazion Reprocessing).</p>

At BrainFit we use evidence-based strategies to support and maintain behaviour changes with practice tasks and educational materials to deepen your understanding and speed up your habit formation. When applicable, we also offer advanced support strategies like Clinical Hypnosis or EMDR (Eye Movement Disensitazation Reprocessing).<br />
This subscription is the most cost-effective and what is usually required to adopt a new healthy habit or get rid of an unhealthy one.</p>

Over a period of 3 weeks you will receive online weekly face to face meetings with our behaviour change specialist (Psychologist) at no cost. This program offers an excellent opportunity to develop a focus on healthy changes and commence the journey to break free of unhealthy habits. At the end of the 21-day challenge, you will be offered the opportunity to join the three-month or one month subscription, where more targeted person-centred strategies are explored.</p>
