The program has 3 sequential modules starting with a Brain Risk Assessment (BRA), followed by an online meeting with our experts who will create your Personal Health Plan (PHP), and an ongoing support by our coaches (COACH) who will help you achieve a brain-healthier lifestyle.

Changing habits requires planning, developing specific skills and strategies, having some external support and sometimes a little “science”. That is why we designed a program that offers you our science-based approach, clinical experience and personal support to implement durable, long term and healthy lifestyle changes.
We use a combination of evidence-based strategies: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Clinical Hypnosis and Mindfulness, EMDR, all delivered via online face to face sessions with one of our wellness coaches to support you in everyday life, at home or elsewhere.
